We attempted to have dinner there last night, May 10, 2015, on Mothers Day, to celebrate our granddaughter's baptism. There were about 16 in our party and we told the manager, Tamara, that we would just want regular seating because there would be separate tickets. The whole front of the restaurant was empty at that time (7:30 pm). She asked us if we had reservations and we said no. what happened? – I don't know how this one-time favorite of ours went downhill so fast. Wet salads, cold soup, cold entree's 2 ounce glasses of wine and all of the food dumped on the table faster than McDonalds. No leisurely romantic dinner any longer. The place is dirty, the staff runs past so fast you can't get,' hey I need a spoon' out to them before they bring the check. It's an afterthought to ask if you want coffee and dessert. I have to say I'm extremely disappointed. My family used to eat at Vince's for many year before we moved out of the area. I ate there growing up quite frequently, I remember it as place with a warm atmosphere and good food and, importantly, good service. So, when I moved back to the area a couple years ago I was excited to be able to go there again with my family. Unfortunately, it's not the place I remember. Excellent Marsala – The Marsala chicken was very tender and the sauce was just right!! The service was fast and friendly, and the Italian music playing over was just right for the mood!!!

Great affordable food! – I have been eating at Vince's since I was a little girl. This place has great food and really reasonable prices. The meal always comes with hard bread sticks with butter, an extremely basic salad, not too exciting french bread with butter and of course, your exceptional entree. This place is kind of kitschy, in an Italian way, and the precurses to your meal just add to that. My entrees are always piping hot and hugely portioned. pro&cons of Vinces In Federal Way – I have been eating at Vinces in Federal Way for as long as i can remember at least 10 years. I would eat there several times a week mostly weekend nights. The first 9 years of me eating there every thing was perfect, food was well cooked, servers were awesome, host greeted me very friendly and bus people very polite. I'll give you our experience, you decide – The good: Quick service from the moment we walked through the door. Food was very tasty. Average prices for food in the area. You decide: As we were eating, we heard the employees speaking (out loud) how they will bus tables from now on and leave the (un-used) butter and recycle it for the new customers. 2 star family restaurant – My friends and family have been dining at Vince's for years. We keep coming back because you can always expect good food, but the service, not so much. About the last 6 months the service has been lacking. Its like they don't even have it together.
