I have dealt with the service dept and parts dept a number of times and have always gotten great service and been treated well by a friendly staff. I have not purchased a vehicle there but have visited with some of the sales people and I am sure that sales is just as friendly and helpful as the service and parts dept. They have a large number of new vehicles there to choose from. It is one of those rare places that treat you like you are somebody important, thank you!
I highly recommend Vince's GM Center. Jeff was amazing at helping us pick out the right pickup for us and made us feel like family. He took the time to talk us through the buying process and what to expect. He helped us fill out the application and you can tell that he cares about the people he helps pick out a vehicle. Seem they only want to sell vehicles to select people do not return calls have a attitude they could care less if your having an issue. Wait weeks for a simple oil change. I feel they are only serving ranchers and farmer especially with trucks. Extremely independent. I wouldn't recommend them at all.
