I’ve been coming to Vince’s for years for Mother’s Day and quick bouquets, but after this morning, I am not coming back. We agreed on $40 for a bouquet, but when it came time to pay, they charged me $50. When I asked why, they told me the extra $10 was for tax. That’s a 25% tax rate, like come on now.
