Dr. Mineo and her team are great! For years I had terrible foot and leg pain and kicked up to plantar fasciitis. Dr.Mineo explained that my tendons and muscles in my calf and hamstring were too tight which is why I had foot pain when wearing even sneakers with special insoles. She advised I do stretches and PT and after one session I felt better! I can wear flats and sneakers now without pain! The office is very clean and high tech too!
