We were impressed with the professionalism of everyone we dealt with at Vincen's Roofing Inc. The roofing crew showed up on time and finished the entire job in one day. The materials used were all high quality, and the warrantees were generous. The quality of workmanship was very high, from the entire crew. Kept hanging up on me when I tried to call for help, lovely interaction
Would NOT use again. Had to watch constantly to do things right. Was told they'd throw old shingles and nails on a tarp, when they actually just threw them onto our rock patio and in front and back yards. Only when I complained and reminded them of their "promise" did they start using tarps. Broke one of my concrete benches when a new pallet of shingles slid off roof onto it. Was told by salesperson they would run THREE (3) magnetic rollers side by side (2 workers and himself) around entire area of house to make sure no nail... read more
