Came back for manicure perfect service
I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I arrived before several other customers and waited for hours while they continued to service people who came in after me. There was no communication or acknowledgment of my time. It felt very dismissive and disrespectful. The salon also appeared unsanitary. Tools did not seem to be properly cleaned, and supplies looked like they were being reused without proper disinfecting.
