Living here has been wonderful! It is a very well maintained area inside and out. I have had nothing but positive experiences and interactions with both the leasing and maintenance staff. It’s clear how much they value the property and tenants living here.
I’ve been living here for 2 years now and it’s been great. I love the location, pet friendly, nice neighbors, and great staff. Update: I've been living here 6 years now and I haven't had many maintenance requests other than my screen door getting stuck in the track. Each year it's been addressed with cleaning the track/adding grease or replacing the screen. Vincentwoods has always hired a good maintenance team, but this summer.. it's great! Jack FIXED my screen door and it slides better than when I moved in.
I’ve had a great experience living at Vincent Woods. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and major roadways. The grounds are kept clean year-round, and the landscaping gives the property a welcoming feel.
