I lived here for just over one year and couldn’t recommend a better location to live at. Quiet, peaceful and close to anything you could possibly need without being in the city! A great staff that is always willing to chat when you come down to the office and their care for the property is clear. They actually address issues as they come and will pursue solutions for months if necessary to come to a resolution. Highly recommend this apartment community as your home!
I chose to live here in Vincent Woods apartments because I love the beautiful wooded area and yet it's convenient for all my needs and I'm closer to my family. The management team, Tony and Dawn are amazing, and super friendly. I also like that my apartment is very soundproof. I highly recommend living here as I've been here two and a half years now and have no plans of moving.
I have lived here for almost 5 years and it’s been a great experience. The wooded views and walking trails right on the property are part of the reason I stay. The current office staff is the other reason. They are great people and they take care of the issues that arise with the property as quickly as possible, especially now with the recent turnover of the maintenance staff. I have lived here for about a year now. Helpful staff never really any noise problems either very clean place too
Dawn is super helpful and welcoming. I didn’t feel like I was being pitched on living there, just felt like I was assisted and advocated for. She answered all questions, gave a birds eye view of the day to day and was overall just incredibly helpful.
