Vincent Woods is a very quiet, clean place. I recently had an issue with bees in my apartment and while it may have taken longer to resolve than I cared for, the property management and maintenance were very responsive, stayed on it and stayed in communication with me until it was finally resolved. Any time I put in a maintenance request, it is acted on, sometimes same day. I do enjoy living here, my first apartment after being a homeowner for over 25 years.
I had a very positive experience living at Vincent Woods Apartments. Throughout the entire time I lived here, Dawn was always friendly, respectful, professional, and very helpful whenever I needed anything. The apartment itself was very nice, comfortable, well maintained, and a genuinely pleasant place to call home. I really enjoyed living here. We have lived here since March and we absolutely love it here. The building is always kept clean and management is on top of everything. Any needs/concerns have always been addressed and taken care of immediately, not that we have had any big issues. The property being set back off of 81 is very nice, it is quiet and peaceful, and also convenient to get onto the highway quickly.
