Poor management skills. Ridiculous way to treat employees. Terrible public relations skills. Likes to argue with customers. Why give out a phone number and complain at clients for calling it... Illogical.
Does anyone know if this office takes off the summer???? I have been trying to reach them for about a month!!
We have been clients for 10 years and called to resolve an issue I spoke with Kyle and he was sarcastic, condescending and told me Mr. Richardson wanted nothing to do with our issue. Not what I call good customer service. Will not be back and will tell everybody and anybody the same!!
