We had a wonderful experience renting for one year in the Capano residential neighborhood of Vincent Overlook in Milton De. The home was beautiful and very adequate even if we had guests. It is in a great neighborhood with wonderful amenities. The close proximity to Lewes Downtown and Cape Henelopen beach and park was so convenient only 8 miles! Amazing to have found this beautiful brand new single story home. Most wonderful was ALICIA MENDOZA rental property manager. She is knowledgeable, easy to work with and incredible patience.
