I’ve been coming to this office for many years and have seen several providers for different reasons. From the front desk staff to the MAs and the providers, everyone has always been polite, patient, and friendly. Until today, I’ve never had a bad experience. During my visit today, the MA wasn’t very friendly. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day, if it had been a long day, or if she was just tired and ready to go home, but the interaction didn’t feel as warm or welcoming as I’ve come to expect.
