Fantastic. They made buying a car painless and efficient. Honest. We accidently overpaid and they called us to give us our money back. I can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommend them.
RecommendedI'd definitely recommend y'all give them a try! They were great and easy to work with! We told them what we were looking for, they showed us what they had without any hovering over us or pushy "used car salesman" techniques, and we got a great vehicle at a fair price! Really, what more could we ask for? Tyler was our salesman but everyone we spoke to was courteous and professional.
Best vehicle buying experience ever. Spoke to Tyler on the phone, liked what I heard, drove four hours to look at the pickup and it was exactly what he said it was. The deal was fair for everyone and Tyler made it super easy to trade with him. I’ve been driving it for a couple of weeks now with no surprises. I’ll be back for my next one and I’ll send my friends his way.
Beware from buying used car from this dealership... they will have you signed 22 pages of paperwork where you cannot sue them.. they lied about taking the car inspected prior to selling and the car have no issues but if you take it to a real mechanic there is... I would not recommend buying from them if you are out of town... I personally would not deal with small local car lot any more after this experience with them..
Michael Hoyt was amazing to work with. He made the process simple and quick, and my daughter got the car she wanted at a great price with simple financing.
Awful customer service!! Sold us a 2019 truck with a few issues so they put it in our contract that they would pay to have it fixed! It has taken them 2 weeks to send the shop we used the payment for everything and that was after having to fight them to keep their word on paying for it! They use a janky local shop that just rigs things together to help make the sell. NEVER AGAIN!
