Impossible to get ahold of, meds dont get refilled, refill requests from the pharmacy are ignored. Im currently 3 weeks off meds because of it and its the 2nd time this year to have it happen. I will now have to take a day off work to physically drive there. Mind you my last appointment was 2 months ago. My last blood tests were 2 months ago.
Drs are great ! Woman at check in @ 7:15am 04/20/26 is terrible. I said to her that I didn’t have to pay my co-pay . Her response: YES you do it’s a medical clearance! Me: I have met my out-of-pocket max Well, that’s what they told me she said . Now I will call my insurance company to call billing AGAIN!
Dr. Lee is great. He was able to successfully help me manage two medical conditions in just one visit. He always takes the time to listen, ask questions, and get to know me. It's great to have a practioner that values the Dr/Patient relationship and recognizes the impact that it can have on patient outcomes.
I accompanied my daughter to her initial visit with Dr. Lee. I am impressed with how he took the time to listen and develop a care plan for my daughters health concerns. As an RN who has worked beside many MD's throughout my career I have seen patients feel rushed due to the overwhelming case loads doctors have and although Dr.Lee has a busy practice he did not rush the visit,he was thorough,understanding and compassionate. As a mom I am very pleased that my daughter has onboarded with Dr.Lee.
