I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Lee and his team. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs a primary care physician.
i had my first appt at this practice, and all i can say is… wow. i have never felt more welcomed at a medical office! nurse Laurie is my new favorite human, and N.P Jane was so wonderful and listened so intently. not only were they efficient, i never once felt judged, brushed off or rushed. i am so so happy i switched offices!!
Secretary was very rude they have no Idea what Dot medical card is for CDl operators in NY State. The secretary could care less I would highly recommend do not go there! I am going to give them one more chance to get the paperwork done right tomorrow I'm not holding my breath hopefully they prove me wrong but I doubt it
Attempting to see Dr. Lee as a new patient, I dropped off the paperwork requested and was told they will call me to schedule an appointment, she said 2 months away, and I said really, 2 months? What's strange is I couldn't schedule while i was there and a week later, no call.... I even went to my previous Dr.and signed a release to get things going, its ridiculous...
