I’ve bought a saw and parts from them on multiple occasions. Brought them a problem child of a chainsaw for service. While there was a misdiagnosis of the issue, (fully understandable, saw had multiple issues) the customer service was exceptional and didn’t charge me and more than the original cost of diagnostics.
CPE called me to find out why my 2 star review. I really liked that, shows they care. My issue was purely on service at the counter, and Jeff apologized for this. All good in the end! Will still be giving them my business and change rating to a 4.
Friendly staff, very professional! 😁 Cleaned up the carb. on my snow blower, works like new. I highly recommend them 🤟👍
For some reason, I can't find my previous review anymore. Ower called me asking why the bad review, I explained that my machine carburetor didn't work properly after fixing it. He guarantees that he tests the machines, but from what I see on other reviews, I can see that i am not the only one not satisfied with the service. I was not pleased with the way he talked to me on the phone. I had to go to another, spend more money to fix the problem.
