great doctor
Like others said... he DOESNT listen to u, he talks above you..Also, lately he asks u for a office visit for every little thing you need, need a referral, make an appointment, need refill make an appt.
Dr. Kau is a great doctor, he's very direct, transparent, and provides excellent care for me and my husband. The ladies in the front office are always very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend coming here.
I met doctor Kau through my parents but I stopped going to him because as a patient HE DOES NOT LISTEN TO YOU. I gave him plenty of chances and every time I would go he wouldn’t listen to me. You’re supposed to listen to your patients not just hear what they say and disregard everything they said and come up with your own version.
