Excellent, efficient, no pressure and honest. Vincent Zaloom Realty [VZR] was so well prepared, knew the market, timing and was always available. Very generous with time and patience. Everything went smoothly and we sold when most had a recession baked in coupled with an 8% loan rate....not exactly a sellers market. This is why it is so important to have a local pro. With all the paperwork/magnitude of the transaction, an honest realtor group is even more important. I will use VZR again and yes, I strongly recommend them.
