Extremely knowledgeable, polite, never will I visit another Gulf Coast ENT practice besides to see Dr. Vincent J. Pisciotta MD. He expresses real concern regarding his patients issues and also alternative treatment options. Safety is paramount to his practice, and this is what I feel defines a good doctor. His office staff is horrible. They did not tell me that my appointment had been canceled when I called for directions. When I asked when will my new appointment be scheduled she stated she had to check availability and hung up the phone. I called back and was placed on hold for 15 to 20 minutes and she someone answered the phone, they just hung up. While on hold I called from my other line on the SAME phone and they picked up for that one prior to picking up for the line that had been on hold for nearly 15 minutes at that po... read more
