Incredibly disrespectful and arrogant. It started off after a 30 minute wait with Dr Patalano refusing to shake my hand upon meeting for the first time. He refused to believe a diagnosis that was given by a previous doctor, and even denigrated me for telling him what the diagnosis was, even after I told him a previous doctor biopsied it and confirmed the diagnosis (“don’t assume this is the correct diagnosis if I haven’t tested it”).
