Amazing!
Just had my first appointment the other day. Long wait time, so long that the nurse had to text him and make him do his job. He had to call on video as I had to sit in a room for a video session. Once he finally made the video call, less than minutes in he took a call and put me on hold. Truly very disrespectful and unprofessional rude to do during our session.
