I have been seen by Dr. Miccio at all of his locations and every time it has been a great experience. He is kind, patient, and genuinely cares about your well-being.
I went to this doctor for back pain, as well as some leg/knee pain. I was scheduled to have a procedure done, I told Dr. Miccio that I have issues with needles and that in the past I have been given anesthesia for past injections. He told me something will be worked out and that we will discuss that possibility further. I later find out that the needle is smaller than the ones that required anesthesia, however my past experiences sort of brought trauma around longer needles and my lower back area. Dr. Miccio is always wonderful. I've now been with him for my back, knee and hip problems for three years. I have never had a doctor, since my long-ago accident, who listened so carefully, reserving judgement until he understood, and thought, kindly, only about how to help me. So wonderful to know my doc believes I really am doing the best I can to help myself. I couldn't get by without his medical encouragement, in addition to my wonderful family.
Dr. Miccio has been helping to relieve my chronic back pain. He has been trying different procedures to find what works best for me. He usually sees you very close to your appointment time so you don't wait very long in the office. The staff is very friendly. Dr Miccio also does zoom meetings which are very helpful especially when you have questions. If you message him on the CONNECT web site he always gets back to you promptly.
