Very professional and they take time to ensure you have the correct product for your vision needs. They took extra time with me to make sure new contacts were fitting and comfortable.
I had no idea when I paid for my "contact eye exam" that the prescription was going to be specific to Kirkland contacts. I now have to go back and do a follow up to get a prescription for a different brand. Feeling a bit frustrated and deceived by this. I have never had this happen in the past. This should be explained to customers.
