From my first visit I knew I was in the right care facility. The entire staff at Mayfield was courteous and professional. Dr. Dinapoli made me feel very comfortable about my fusion procedure. It has been 12 weeks since my surgery and I am virtually pain free. I want to thank Dr. Dinapoli, Angela, and Jamie from a thrilled patient. Thank You, Tom Lemmink

Dr. Dinapoli is a phenomenal surgeon. He takes the time to listen. He makes sure all questions are answered. His staff is wonderful. I highly recommend him.

11/2016 I was told I had Degenerated and herniated discs in my neck. My Family DR called Mayfield for me bc I needed to see them right away and my dr explained the story to Dr. Dinapoli nurse and he saw me right away. I am forever grateful for Dr. D and he did an outstanding job on my neck fusion. I followed his after care instructions and the healing process was easier than what I thought. You can hardly see my scare. Dr Dinapoli is one of the nicest Dr's ever. I highly recommend him.

Dr. DiNapoli was excellent in every way. Good discussion of my back radiculopathy issue. Recommended and did a smaller surgery (not a fusion) compared to other surgeons who either recommended a surgery (fusion) or said do high doses of lyrica with steroid injections. My condition was fixed after his surgery.. GO see him if you have back/neck/head issues

Dr. Vincent DiNapoli was amazing. He explained what he thought my tumor was so we could understand it, and the recommended treatment. He was very calm and confident throughout the whole process — he didn’t seem at all worried so I wasn’t either. He and Mayfield’s staff were great with scheduling me follow-up appointments and referring me to physical therapy. Whenever I called his staff with questions they were happy to help. If you need a Neurosurgeon, you are in excellent hands with him.

Dr. DiNapoli is an excellent, experienced physician. His expertise and knowledge make him a leader in the industry. It is rare to find a physician that is wonderful and the staff is also fantastic! We had to travel outside of our area to see him but I am so glad we did. The Mayfield Brain & Spine Clinic exceeded our expectations and everyone was truly caring and compassionate!

My husband 74 years old had a huge brain tumor after speaking with Dr. Dinapoli he assured us that at his age and he was in very good condition that he could perform a removal of the mass. the operation was about 5 hours long and as soon as it was over he came out to the family and told us everything went well and he answered any of the questions we had.He was great!! he never rush us he answered in terms we could understand. I love this doctor and would recommend him .

When I look at the current rating of 3.7 for Dr DiNapoli (2-2-18) I am astonished. He is wonderful, not only to me as the patient but to my entire family. Technically skilled and personally compassionate doesn't even cover it. Since my situation I have come across two other individuals with the same condition and heartily recommended they see Dr. D. When admitted , even before I met him, the nursing staff all spoke very highly of him.
