Very comfortable atmosphere. I felt very at ease when Dr. Vincent Phan explained the procedure to me. The procedure went very well. Excellent service.
The first nurse that took us back was just perfect. Calm, sweet, comforting, and witty. Dr. Phan, as usual, is the best. Crowley - anesthesia was so great in everything that he did. I don't know how they do it. Every single person you encounter here is a model example of what one could expect.
Dr. Phan performed a scaphoidectomy with 4-corner fusion on me. When I still couldn't move my wrist more than 20 degrees and had developed severe pain in my hand, wrist, and forearm after 4 months of OT, he said I was fully recovered, that he told me I would lose 20-30% motion, and that I had arthritis in other areas causing my pain. After a second opinion, I was told the only way to relieve the pain was to have my wrist fused. I found a hand surgeon who performs total wrist joint replacement.
