He barely looked at my feet, said he couldn’t help me, told me to see a chiropractor. They said to see a podiatrist in Cookeville, who diagnosed and helped me within minutes. He needs to be more attentive.
Was very patient with try to find out what was wrong with my foot. He explained so I could understand, explained exactly what he was going to do and what I needed to do to get where I could walk better. after 3 treatment only need to go once a year to make sure all was going well. I have recommended him and staff to everyone I know who has foot problems.
I have been seeing him for a while and I have not had any problems with what he's told me he's explained everything to me and he's also helped me get diagnosed with it another health issue that he found that needed to be addressed I was recently fitted with shoes and they have helped with my foot problems as well
denied entrance with service dog - demanded papers but could not explain what papers?? no papers are required by federal law which attorney general of TN upheld as TN does not supersede federal law. nor can anyone tell me what and where for kind of papers expected. another doctor just told me to buy some card with the dogs picture on line... this is a scam online. I have doctors prescription / statement for service dog of many years who is also noted in my medical file. they didn't care....
He has a very reassuring and calming ability when it comes to having a procedure done and you are apprehensive about it. Has a very pleasing bedside manner.
Dr. Longobardo is will to help resolve all my problems with my feet. He also looks out for the health care for my hole body as well.
Very helpful & caring staff and Doctor. He is very interested in helping his patients heal and feel better, even tho it means less business. I was referred by other patients and I also would recommend you check in for an appointment.
