Vincent reminds me of the Chum Bucket from Spongebob Squarepants. They are very ghetto, unprofessional, and unskilled workers. In definition, we can call that a slumlord. These employees come into their job ready to bring the tenants down, evict people and ruin a happy day. They abuse their secretaries Kelly and the young gentlemen by overloading their day with work far above their pay grades. I had a really bad leak in my apt, i am blessed that the new maintenance crew (Greig) was able to find the leak in a timely fashion and fix it. He was understanding and agreed to put a new floor down where the water had damage. Thank you Greig.
