Vince does a great job in understanding his clients expectations and tastes. He is ready to work around his schedule for his clients and provides valuable insights/ unbiased opinions on incremental investments required (if any), pros and cons (from the clients perspective) to move into a new home. He also has a good network in Chicago for handymen, painters, remods, etc. My wife and I enjoyed our experience working with him and will employ Vince to sell our current home.
Vince was not only great to work with, his patience and charm worked hand in hand to bring the whole thing together! Sometimes, I can be a pill but he quickly defused any situation that arose. If I had something else to sell, he'd be the one I'd call!
