Wow. Little bedside manner, just rush rush rush, longest appt lasted 5 minutes after a 2 hour car ride. Im sorry, the vm msge saying please do not leave duplicate msges is maddening because everyplace I call they give me a different nmbr for his office yet the hospital still picks up call & Encourages duplicate messages. I'm in constant pain, unable to do for myself or my family. I've been trying to reach office since last friday, its now tursday. No msgs or call back. Dr. Depalma is a fantastic surgeon! He is highly skilled and has greatly improved my quality of life and decreased my pain. I am now able to move without canes or walkers, have drastically reduced pain meds, and am working out at a gym daily. Under his care, I have had a right si joint fusion and cervical fusion done with him and his assistant, Cody. He genuinely cared and is knowledgeable. After suffering with lower back pain for more than 20 to 30 years. I found Dr. DePalma & Cody. Within 6 months I was able to have first surgery on my left side, which is SI joint fusion surgery. I had immediate relief, going 3 months later for my right side. Now being able walk without pain. Thank you! I would recommend this to anyone suffering like was.
Absolutely the most arrogant person I have ever met. He thinks he is only responsible for the surgery but none of the prep or aftercare. Who takes responsibility if it isn’t the surgeon. I wouldn’t send my enemies to him. If you like a compassionate doctor, don’t go to DePalma.
I would not recommend any to go to this office he was very unprofessional after waiting for over an hour he was more concerned about chewing his gum than me he never addressed me by my name don't even know if he was in the right room.
