Very few staff were nice to me and fruit loop. I like Dr. Catt she was nice too but I will not be doing business with that clinic again, Especially not after today. My pet just passed and she was supposed to be cremated. Now I had mentioned to Dr. Catt that I wanted to have a keepsake from my pet, I was never told by the doctor or the staff that I had to request anywhere on the paper forms that I wanted a keepsake.
