It's been 8 weeks since I dropped off papers. They have no record of it. Set an appt to get paperwork processed in person and my eligibility redetermination taken care of. They just scanned the paperwork I had dropped off 8 weeks ago and said they will go from there instead of handling the eligibility redetermination at the same time.
