The new owners are almost impossible to get ahold of. You only get an answering machine. There was a fire in November and we did not have access to our unit. We had 2 units. One was not affected by the fire. We were told we would get a letter when we could get in, but they sent an email. By the time I got the email, we only had one day to get our stuff out. They had not secured the units so my TV was stolen and I am not sure what else. Then I get a bill for both units. UGH
