Vince is a great Home Inspector, he shows much care and concerns for the home he does. We have always trusted and used for all the homes he has inspected.
Our whole experience was frustrating to say the least. Vince was our consultant/inspector for a homestyle loan. The initial report had to be rewritten a number of times because the numbers didn't match up which pushed back closing dates...luckily our sellers were forgiving. When I say our numbers didn't match up, I gave him a bid for $59k in repairs and the first report came back at $70 something thousand because he accidentally included electrical and a couple other things twice...that should have been our red flag to find ... read more
