After my family being customers of this office for over 20 years, we are pulling our business. I called to discuss that I was unhappy with how State Farm was handling a claim and was immediately called a liar by Vince Santoro's daughter Christy. I was then told that because I was trying to express my concern with how they were handling the claim and because I was younger then Christy she found me very rude and disrespectful. I was a State Farm customer from 1982 until 2016, but left State Farm because of inept, unprofessional employees at this office. Sylvia consistently got things wrong. I didn’t create a scene, just took my business to Nationwide. It seemed that an agent might want to know why a 34 year client left, and I was shocked when I didn’t even get a letter. I transferred my policy from Oklahoma and talked to 3 different State Farm offices. I could not believe how rude and not helpful these offices were. No personal connection, just wanted my money. I finally came across Santoro's office. I did not make an appointment, I just walked in and talked to Christy. She was so nice and pleasant to deal with. I have added multiple policies and refer them all the time!
