Wonderful hotel! Very clean and service was great!
One of the more impressive Grand Club's in the US
Check out the illuminated "striped" wood walls at the main escalator, engineered by GPI Design in conjunction with Acosta + Sons! Very unique, great photo op!

Excellent location if you are looking to stay in union square. Also opt for the self park when you pull up. Its about 20.00 dollars cheaper.
With the new $60 mil renovation this now has a boutique hotel feel. (7/4/2011)
The new "clean air" 15th floor is great for those w/ allergies. Actually get some sleep and don't wake-up stuffy.
Hotel is undergoing renovations. Make sure to ask at check-in for a newly remodeled room. Unfortunately all rooms still have paper thin walls
The lower floors have just been renovated.
