diamond upgrades are garbage. "renovated rooms" and executive suites are fair at best. Not on par with most Hyatt's. Service is sub par, though there are a few great team members. Just have to find em

If bathroom privacy is something that is important to you, this hotel may not be what you're looking for. A shaded glass slider is what covers the door...and you can't lock it or keep it closed.

Great location if you like shopping.
If you can, get access to the Grand Club on the 32nd floor: there is breakfast every morning and appetizers around dinner time, along with snacks and beverages throughout the day.
