Excellent, thoughtful, good balance between problem resolution and instruction on good practices and techniques for general good alignment, maintenance, and self-treatment.
I went to Vince on a friend's a recommendation and I learned so much. Since my visit I feel like I'm actively incorporating the posture corrections I learned and I'm much more aware of the bad habits I have. The tips he gave me are super simple and when I use two or three at the same time I immediately feel more balanced and I feel stress points relax. I highly recommend.
