Dr Penesis is fantastic. After having a bad experience when young at a dentist I developed a true fear of the dental experience. Needless to say being told I needed a root canal caused me anxiety and fear. I explained my fear to Dr. Penesis and he made me feel comfortable as we discussed thoroughly the procedure he was about to perform. He and his team put me at ease through the entire procedure and I didn't feel a thing! I even received a follow up call at night to see how I was doing!

I had a root canal done by Dr. Penesis and it couldn't have gone better. He did an excellent job. I didn't feel any pain at all - I didn't even feel the needle injecting the novocaine. He takes his time with his patients and has a professional yet caring manner. I've had 5 or 6 root canals in my lifetime and this one was by far the BEST!

I was referred to Dr. from my regular dentist to finish a difficult root canal. From the very beginning, I had a great experience. He, himself, got on the phone when I was making my appointment to explain the process. I got in the next day for a consultation! Then, within a week I had an appointment for my procedure. Upon getting there, no waiting and was prepped. The area was properly numbed--NO PAIN. Then throughout, he explained everything to me. Later, Dr. called to see if I was ok.

Mere reference of the dreaded root canal sends shudders down some people's spines. If you are one of these people, shudder no more and book your procedure with Dr. Penesis. I literally just got home from my procedure and it was smooth as silk, pain-free. His disposition and chairside manner are remarkable. His technical skills are clearly top-notch. I cannot speak enough about how at ease I felt before and during the procedure. Dr. Penesis is patient, thorough and I never felt rushed. Grade:A+

I would HIghly reccomend Dr. Penesis! I have had a history of problems with dentists and doctors office visits. He put my mind to ease and made sure that I had absolutely no pain throughout the experience. I had three root canals and about fell asleep during the last visit. He got all three done in two visits, each in under an hour. Anyone who needs a root canal should consider Dr. Penesis even if he is out of network like he was for me. Well worth it!

Dr. Penesis is the most qualified endodontist I have ever met. He performed two root canals on me within the past five years. He explains everything thoroughly, calms patient anxiety, has an excellent and professional staff to support his work, and most importantly, made both of my dental procedures completely painless. No one enjoys going through dental procedures, but when you must, I highly recommend Dr. Penesis!
