The service has always been amazing. We purchased our wedding sets and we are so happy with the set as well as the continued service we receive with cleaning. We also love the conversation and have received some great book recommendations. Such a family presence.
We were visiting Kansas City for a long weekend and stopped in Vinca's shop. Not looking for anything in particular but Simon and Tu were so patient with us, showing us the items we were interested in. We were offered wine, cookies, etc., just a nice atmosphere, very nice people, no pressure, a very good experience.
Truly a wonderful jewelry shopping experience. Simply beautiful pieces. Something for everyone. The staff is very knowledgeable & demonstrate a desire to create a valued customer environment. Certainly will visit again!
