Dr. Madan and his entire staff are so pleasant and so easy to work with. Dr. Madan takes his time explaining how things should be working and together come up with a plan to get things back in order. I really can't say enough nice things about them all... I first found this office for my mom and in learning about her issues realized that i am not that far behind with mine, so we are taken pre-emptive measures to keep my issues in control.
Very courteous , well prepared personnel. Always ready to inform and give individual attention. Top medical skills and good results. I came from a different state to be trested here in Wilton by this group of professional, from the doctor to the front desk 5 stars.
Dr. Madan and his staff are very professional and friendly. I always feel at ease when I have appointments and procedures.
This was my first appointment at the Fairfield office. Shivani and Liz checked me in. While I filled out the medical forms, Shivani contacted my insurance for details about coverage, and answered my questions. After the appointment, she provided me with a prescription and contact info for a local medical supply office in case that office would take my insurance to cover the cost of compression stockings. I highly recommend Dr. Vinay Madan! Last year, I called several vein centers looking for one that offered chest vein removal and only found one center in NY. A couple of weeks ago, I decided to search again and came across Center for Varicose Veins website. To my surprise this center offered this treatment. When you go into an office for procedures like this, you do have a lot of concerns. Dr. Madan takes his time to explain everything. He is a doctor that gives you eye contact as he speaks with you and reassures you that he will do his best to do the procedures with as little to no pain. He was not lying.
