The doctors and nurses absolutely deserve a 5 star rating because they're great! HOWEVER one of the women that answers the phones in the booth sound absolutely miserable, almost like you're bothering them when you call the office, it makes me hesitate to even call for a simple refill request. If you don't like your job FIND ANOTHER ONE. Simple as that. Other than HER specifically everyone else is caring and understanding and go above and beyond.
While I’m sitting in the hospital with blood clots in my lungs I tried calling to schedule an appointment with dr nakhate they tried giving me a nurse practitioner I had no idea who that was because last time I went I didn’t have nakhate it was a different guy as soon as he comes in the room he looks at me and looks at the brace on my wrist and says he can’t give me pills making me feel uncomfortable mind you that’s not what I was there for and never asked him for anything I was there for a referral for a specialist to me he... read more
