The doctors and nurses absolutely deserve a 5 star rating because they're great! HOWEVER one of the women that answers the phones in the booth sound absolutely miserable, almost like you're bothering them when you call the office, it makes me hesitate to even call for a simple refill request. If you don't like your job FIND ANOTHER ONE. Simple as that. Other than HER specifically everyone else is caring and understanding and go above and beyond.
