I was disappointed with my experience. One of the biggest issues was the inconsistent pricing. The cost seemed to change from visit to visit without any clear explanation, making it difficult to know what I would actually be charged. I also felt that my requests weren’t being listened to, especially when I asked for a specific nail shape. As a customer, I expect transparent pricing and for my preferences to be respected. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive either, so I won’t be returning.
I love that no matter what I ask for, they make it happen. Plain French tip, one color all over, chrome, cat-eye, any design...they just work magic. I always leave with a smile. Five stars, no notes. :)
Great service and work
Got candy corn nails done for Halloween. I work at a steakhouse at night. Got about 20 compliments on my nails tonight. Thank you Viva Nails!
