The couple (the hairstylist and her husband) is friendly and patient. They reply to the messages for the bookings. It is better to text than to call them. The place is nice and clean. They have strong support from long-term customers around Worcester. Highly recommended for any gender or ethnicity to get the hairstyle that you want. My husband likes his too.
Susan is incredibly skilled and consistent. I always feel confident. She always gets it right. I strongly recommend her. She’s very professional.
