Terrible service. Charged $500 diagnostic and stated it needed a computer update to fix misfire and steering issue . Vehicle was brought back to service department with the same issue less than an hour.. following day came back with a diagnosis of tuneup coils, fuel sensor and wiring issues with a bill of $4000. I voiced my concern that it was already misdiagnosed once what kind of guarantee do I have of repairs they said none we will rediagnose for free. I just leased my second Mercedes from this dealership and we get my wife’s Audi serviced with them. I feel comfortable being there! no sales pressure and no games. Our salesman Frank is a pleasant and good person. Keeps his promises and responses to my texts promptly. The general manager and the finance person are both trustworthy. In conclusion, I highly recommend this dealership.
