From start to finish everyone was top notch! Our salesman did a great job making it happen. The car I wanted the gentleman that explained how everything works on the car. Even our finance man was wonderful! Great people to work with.
Terrible service. Charged $500 diagnostic and stated it needed a computer update to fix misfire and steering issue . Vehicle was brought back to service department with the same issue less than an hour.. following day came back with a diagnosis of tuneup coils, fuel sensor and wiring issues with a bill of $4000. I voiced my concern that it was already misdiagnosed once what kind of guarantee do I have of repairs they said none we will rediagnose for free. Vin Devers went over and above what I had expected and asked for! Came in for oil change and service inspection, and detailing of GLE 450. I had said to them that a front seat had begun to tear and was like other front seat condition that was replaced by Mercedes under warranty.
