This us my second time of driving from Indiana to Ohio to purchase a vehicle from Vin Devers. They were kind, courteous, and professional. I look forward to doing business with them in the future. My first time purchasing from them was a 2011 BMW 750Li xDrive in 2017. I traded that car in for a 2020 BMW 745e xDrive. I will see you in another 8 years.
Purchased a 300GLC a few years back and had a manufactures warranty for another year so being is labor and parts can be expensive i purchased an extended warranty and paid for it upfront at purchase. I recently traded in my GLC and called Vin Devers to get a refund on the extended warranty and got the run around from the finance department for over a month. I still have not received a refund. I will not purchase or refer anyone to this dealership.
My service appointment was top notch from start to finish. My service tech Craig was the most knowledgeable, respectful, intelligent tech I have ever encountered. Thank you for making my appointment a breeze.
