I brought my 2017 Golf R into Vin Devers for an engine and transmission replacement and was extremely impressed with the entire experience. The service was fine. Friendly service and work completed promptly. Only complaint is I kept getting all of these silly surveys to fill out afterward. Please consider changing your survey policy.
Good customer service, always answer their phones. Brought in a 2004 Mercedes freight liner for oil change and diagnostic from out of town. Called in Thursday, appointment Monday at 8:00am. Got to appointment then was told mechanic has another job that will take him 8 hours and can’t get to our vehicle till tomorrow. Next day was given a list of items needed repairs including replacing wiper blades simply because of vehicle year. We had another company aligned and replaced wiper blades four days prior.
