It's rare to find someone so knowledgeable and polite all in one. That was my experience today with Mitch Warren in the body shop and his wonderful staff today. I'd also like to thank Jordan Fraizer and the gentleman who's name I didn't get for helping me and my husband today. It's good to know that good people still exist. Keep up the good work Vin Devers!!!
They were very helpful in getting me into a newer car and were very good listeners and friendly! Joeseph helped me with the transition of getting into my new vehicle. Ramon Perez worked hard at getting me a good deal with what he had to work with. Helped me make a good decision about everything! Just in time for winter weather!
I recently went here for some maintenance on my vehicle and had a great experience. The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything they were doing, which made me feel much more confident about the work. The waiting area was comfortable and clean, and they got my car back to me right on schedule. It is a solid choice if you want professional and reliable service.
I have soda cards to these people and I’ve purchased a car from these people. Definitely will go back to this dealership and purchase all my future Mercedes the service manager Jordan for the Mercedes-Benz section is amazing. Very professional took my car there twice to get work done that Mercedes-Benz covered and the second time they put me in a loaner vehicle beautiful 2026, C 300. Vin Devers Mercedes & Audi Is On a Different Level Vin Devers Mercedes and Audi in Toledo has blown me away.
