Vim trim is excellent! My trainer, Tiffany Hakes is awesome! I am in a wheelchair and she has built my muscles up, stretches me and walks with me. She is kind but firm on what I should be doing! Great & worth it.

Love Vimtrim!! I started training with Steve last Fall. He figured me out pretty quickly and has geared the workouts to my level of fitness to challenge me and keep me motivated. He is an excellent trainer. The facility is stocked with everything needed for any fitness level or exercise the trainer wants to put you through. Outstanding personal training! I'm training with Steven Rathbun 3 times per week at the Ray location. Steve is very knowledgeable in all the current health plans and training methods and has helped me jump start my conditioning program after a 20 year (yes.. you read that right.. 20!) workout hiatus. I feel better physically and mentally than I have in years and I'm beginning to see muscle returning and the body shifting back to a more healthy look. Starting on a long journey, but you have to start somewhere!!! Had a great workout with Chris this morn. Good to get moving my body again. I m sure I'll be happy in the end or along the way. Right now I m waking up muscles I forgot I had. :-) Yay!!! To the soreness.

I was lucky enough to have 2 free sessions with the Vimtrim trainer, Jose, though my apartment complex (Liv). This was my first time ever working with a personal trainer. Jose worked patiently with me- he took the time to sit with me and explain different aspects of exercise and diet that I should be mindful of. He worked with me based on my abilities and was respectful of my limitations. He taught me many different exercises that I have been using on a regular basis since the sessions. My trainer Tiffany Hakes is very good and I enjoy both her group and personal training sessions. She encourages me to work hard and stay fit. Thanks to her I am a regular for mt workouts and hate to miss gym. She pays a lot of attention to my problems and injuries and helps to work around them or solve them in some cases.

I like to think of Chris as Magellan since he finds muscles I didn't know I had! He's patient but persistent. Very professional.
