Bought a basic trailer in April 2024. It was strange that although we confirmed when we’d be there ( as we drove in from MN) no one was there. The directions simply led us to a storage lot. After several calls - he finally answered and said someone was coming. After a while - no one. Then, he talked us through getting the keys from a lockbox; and leaving our check in the lockbox. These guys have a huge issue with customer service , which is very disappointed. I set up the appointment with them today, drove from Austin. When I came they asked me to wait, we’ll yes you could wait for 10-15 minutes. However, I was waiting for an hour, periodically calling and asking what is a problem. They (his name Mauro) promised that someone come, but it’s never happened. Never met so irresponsible people. I won’t recommend you to have any deals, if they don’t care about their potential customers at all

I recently purchased a 7 x 12 trailer from Vimar Food Trailer USA (San Antonio) and picked it up on 9/14/2020. The price was good and the trailer came out good, however it was the most unprofessional customer experience. Vimar Trailers (San Antonio) is connected to a dealership in which they both do business. On arrival to the pick up location, there were no Vimar Trailer representative present nor did I ever get a chance to meet a Vimar Trailer representative (after spending $15,000+).
