Vim is the new name for Revolution Indoor Cycling. Same great owner and instructors. So much more than indoor cycling, so a name change was in order! Now they offer cycling, rowing, barre, HIIT, and personal training. Update spring 2022 - even more equipment and machines for great workouts. CLIMBRs, stride boards, and a huge equipment rack I don't over l even know the name of for more varied exercises, hanging, pull ups, TRX, etc ...
I am so happy with the instructors and how they handle all of my injuries. I’m kind of a problem child and they didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them to get modifications to the exercises. Very refreshing attitudes.
I was in a bind coming to Jackson Hole on short notice. I probably called 10 different gyms/personal trainers and NO ONE picked up my phone call. I was willing to pay whatever it took to get a personal trainer to come to Teton Village for 2-3 sessions over the weekend. Not even the hotels had any personal trainers on staff or on contract.
