Fun group fitness classes and plenty of private gym time if you feel like being alone. I love the new location + there are showers now!
This gym is truly amazing. I have never been to a gym where I have found such joy in being pushed hard! All of the instructors are welcoming, accommodating of injuries, and supportive of everyone's efforts and levels. It's an intimate size - both in terms of square footage and in terms of class size - which I love because it doesn't feel intimidating in the slightest.
