You took my order yesterday. 39 hours later (I've called TWICE to check) I called AGAIN, and you have "lost my order". Now you are OUT OF one of the baskets I wanted. I know you have nice product, but you have just lost a long time customer. Open like the rest of the greenhouses in Illinois.
RecommendedLike the other commenters, we love the gorgeous flowers we picked up today. The process was easy except for having a little trouble getting through on the phone. I know they are working really hard to help us beautify our homes during this crazy time!

Had the best experience and Customer service. They couldn’t have been nicer from the phone in order through contactless pickup. Flowers are great quality! It may be a bit of a challenge to reach them by phone, but keep trying, you will be glad you did! Their phones must be going crazy to do all ordering, payments and pick up notifications by phone. Please be patient and recognize how much extra work goes into trying to operate a business this way in order to keep customers and employees safe. It was appreciated😊
