I applied for a unit on 8/16, was approved the following day, then was never contacted again about moving forward with a lease. I waited a week, being told someone would contact me, but I didn't speak with anyone unless I called. Never once was put in contact with a manager. I ended up signing a lease with another apartment community since I still didn't have a lease/update with Villetta.
