We had the whole exterior of our house painted! We were so pleased! The guys were very careful and polite. They took time to help match the trim colors. They were punctual and constantly working even in the extreme heat. We highly recommend their services!
Excellent work, great service – Ville Painters did a great job. We received a very through estimate and explanation of the work they would provide. They listened and answered all of my many questions. The workers were courteous and helpful. I would definetly recommend them to friends and family.
Top-notch service, quality work – We used Ville Painters for several large spaces when we moved into our home, and were pleased with the service, crew, and overall experience. Would Never Use Again, Either – I agree with the prior review. The business practices of this firm are very unprofessional. Charges were added after the estimate was provided and the company tried to weasel out of their warranty after the job was completed. I had to withhold payment until they agreed to confirm their warranty. Also, they wanted to be paid in advance of completing the work to my satisfaction--a very unprofessional firm.
Business response:
It seldom happens, but sometimes a person will hire us to paint without reading the proposal. This causes problems for us and the client. We try to be very specific and detailed with our proposals so people know exactly what to expect. If there are additional charges, it is for things outside the original scope of work. We typically use a change order form but sometimes will proceed on their verbal request. Jacking up the cost to cover a discount is a baseless claim and has no merit.
Lancaster's Best Painting Business - Excellent! – I called Ville Painters, Inc. to visit my home for an estimate. Steve the owner met with me, went over the process of the steps involved with their service. The estimate arrived within 24 hours. Ville uses top quality Benjamin Moore paints, their service people are incredibly nice and they did a beautiful job on my home. A+++
Very Pleased – We are very pleased with the job that was done. Everyone has been courteous, very prompt & reliable from the beginning and answered any questions we had.
I haven't stopped smiling yet! – I could not be more pleased with the quality of Ville's workmanship. I am by nature a perfectionist and I cannot find one flaw with which I would fault. Great job guys!
Would Not Use Again – The owner added extra charges to the bill once the job was done despite having given a fixed price contract. Also, any discount offered is not a discount as the price given is just jacked up to cover any "discount". Some of their painters do good work and some of their painters do not do good work. So you do not know what kind of quality you will get. But it is the business practices that are the real problem.
