They deducted 70% of the deposit (cleaning charges) even though the property was left clean and vacuumed. I would avoid this place for their unfair practices.
Property management will keep your deposit no matter how clean you leave the apartment. Renters be aware!
Property Manager can access your apt without permission, he just sent the email and then do whatever they want for the apt. WORST experience, we moved out before lease end, then they started to turn over the apt, just an email notice but without asking permission, they throw out our stuff, they even changed the lock and give the new tenant the key (we don't even get any notice before we found out this), although we cannot access our apt, but they still require us to pay the rent.
