The Asian receptionist is SOOOO obnoxious, no sympathy, so ignorant, so rude. Definitely in the wrong position and shouldn’t be in a customer service, worst part is she’s dealing with sensitive, old, fragile and sick people and patients attending a medical centre. Very disappointing as she is the front of this medical centre, I bet you many patients have been lost and decided to go elsewhere due to her awful and nasty customer service and attitude. My wife had sever back to check by any available GP, waited 2 hours, even I can see 2 of the doctors were having chit chat with receptionist and no other patient were waiting, left the centre without seeing gp and we went to hospital Ed waited another 3 hour.
