The Asian receptionist is SOOOO obnoxious, no sympathy, so ignorant, so rude. Definitely in the wrong position and shouldn’t be in a customer service, worst part is she’s dealing with sensitive, old, fragile and sick people and patients attending a medical centre. Very disappointing as she is the front of this medical centre, I bet you many patients have been lost and decided to go elsewhere due to her awful and nasty customer service and attitude.
